Closet Detox: Letting Go of What’s Not You

We all have that one section of our closet — full of “someday” outfits. Someday when I go out more. Someday when I’m more confident. Someday when I fit into that again.
But what if we stopped dressing for “someday,” and started dressing for today?
A closet detox isn’t just about clearing space — it’s about releasing the pressure to be someone you’re not. When you let go of clothes that don’t reflect who you are now, you make room for the woman you’re becoming.
Start small. Keep only what makes you feel good when you slip it on. Ask yourself: Would I wear this to meet a friend I love? If the answer is no — let it go with gratitude.
Because your wardrobe should reflect your current energy — not an old version of you.
At North End, we’re always happy to help you reimagine your staples and restyle what you already own. Because sometimes, you don’t need more — you just need new perspective.
From our hearts,
